Our Sweet Mango Pickle (Gor Keri Pickle) is made with naati mangoes by jyoti didi, Supriya didi, and Urmila didi from Shivari Nira, Urali Kanchan. FarmDidi’s Mango Sweet Achar is a perfect blend of sweetness, spice and tradition.
These mangoes are cut into six pieces and cooked with jaggery, sugar and a premium blend of spices to create a rich and flavourful experience.
Our product also contains a hint of red chilli which adds a subtle kick while balancing the sweetness of jaggery and sugar. The pickle is then left to mature for 3-4 days, allowing the flavours to blend together.
